RREDA PROMOTES OPPORTUNITIES AT NATIONAL JOB FAIR

Supporting the Province’s efforts and nearly 50 other companies on the employer-led mission to Toronto, Regina Regional Economic Development Authority (RREDA) returned home content that the message of opportunity in the province was heard loud and clear by attendees to the National Job Fair and Training Expo. The event took place on September 30 and October 1.

Loblaw Companies Ltd. Announces Distribution Facility

On July 29, 2008, it was announced that Loblaw Compaines Ltd. would be the first anchor tenant leveraging the CP intermodal facility within the planned distribution and logistics park. The new facility when completed will be nearly a million square feet in size and is expected to generate 750 jobs within two years and as many as 1,500 jobs by 2017.
